Practice Tattva Balance Beyond Stress & Duality
This meditation focuses on balancing out the 5 elements, or tattvas, in our system. This balance will make us more resilient in times of stress.
The mudra correlates to the zones in our brain that balance out the two sides, or hemispheres, of our brain.
The breath is activating the parasympathetic nervous system, our rest & digest part of our autonomic nervous system. Activating the parasympathetic brings us back to a state of regulation, moves us away from the stress response and being in a sympathetic state.
Do this meditation anytime you feel stressed or are going through a stressful period in your life.
This practice is 15 minutes long in total with the meditation for 3 minutes.
